Beta Program

Help shape the future of
Spirit and Truth.

  • A beta app is a "test version" of an app that developers release to a small group of people to try out and provide feedback.

Beta testers use the app, report any issues they find, and give suggestions to help make the app better. The purpose of the beta app is to catch any problems or make improvements based on real user experiences, so the app is as good as can be!

Please note that the beta version of the app will have access to specific options not available to the public- these features are marked by the purple β icon.

  • You can download the latest beta version by joining our TestFlight on an iPhone or iPad.

You will need to rejoin the beta, regardless of whether or not you were part of a previous beta group.

If you receive a message saying “The Developer has removed you from the test program”, click stop testing, and then try again.

  • You will almost certainly find issues as you beta test the app. Please report the issues, and continue to use the app as much as you can, while working around any show-stopping issues.

Feel free to also look over content before the service you actually use the app– if an issue is reported ahead of time, it can likely be fixed before the service starts, without requiring an app update.

  • This is a closed beta intended for a limited number of participants. You should install the beta on church devices, and you should also share it with people who would be able to provide feedback, such as lead deacons, servants, clergy, and a limited number of congregation members.

The beta is not intended for use by the general public.

Submitting Feedback

Beta testers have access to two private feedback channels not available to the public. These channels are monitored regularly, and you can access them from the app by tapping the purple feedback button in the side menu. You can also submit feedback via TestFlight on iOS, but for the quickest resolution, feedback via the email and the form are preferred.
